## 請問從導入系統需要花多少時間?

導入時間主要會依據您的匯入格式數量而定，若您是自行開發官網，會需要多次的面談了解您的自訂格式。

若您是以電商平台為主，導入時間為14～21天不等。若您是自行開發官網，導入時間至少為1個月。

### 請問目前支援何種付款方式？

目前僅支援銀行轉帳，我們正在研議其他金流方式。

### 何時需要續訂？

在使用期限到期前三周，系統將會發出續訂通知，我們的業務也會與您連絡。

### 請問如何取消付費？

我們採取每季簽約付款，簽約期間不進行退款。簽約期結束後，即自動停止服務，若確定不續約，我們會將您的資料下載並寄送至您指定的信箱，並在約定期後刪除系統上之資料。

### 請問是否會提供發票報帳？

我們會提供報帳用之三聯式發票，並以郵局掛號方式寄至指定地址。
