2. **潛在客：**&#x52A0;入會員但是從未消費過之顧客
3. **已購買：**&#x6709;消費過一次以上之顧客
4. **首購客：**&#x53EA;有消費過一次之顧客
5. **回購客：**&#x6D88;費過兩次以上之顧客
6. **流失客：**&#x8DDD;離上次消費已超過一定時間之顧客
7. **失效名單：**&#x5BC4;送之 Email 與簡訊無法送達之顧客
